Faulkton Area Medical Center is seeking applicants to fill a full-time position as a Clinic RN/LPN/MA.
Current SD License or proof of successful completion of MA program is required.
Students must have graduated from an accredited RN/LPN school of nursing or medical assisting program.
Top candidates will be self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.
Essential functions include but are not limited to:
- Provide assistance to medical providers
- Oversight of flow of patient care
- Performing referrals and making appointments
- Ordering supplies
- Preparation of instruments and stocking supplies
- Performing diagnostic procedures as ordered and are completed in a timely manner
Staff work closely with nurses, providers, and patients which requires effective communication skills paired with a positive and friendly attitude. Previous experience with electronic medical record is preferred.
Schedule includes days, Monday through Friday working 36-40 hours per week. Onsite presence is required.
